Egg Dosa Breakfast by Vahchef – VahRehVah
Protein rich egg dosa which is very good for breakfast. Enriched with egg and curry makes it a complete breakfast food.

Ingredients:
Urad dal 2 Tablespoons
Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
All purpose Flour 1 Cup
Salt 1 0
Baking Powder 1 Pinch
Honey 1/2 Teaspoons
Egg 1 Numbers
Gun Powder 1 Teaspoons
Onions (Sliced) 1 Teaspoons
Green Chilies 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander 1/2 Teaspoons
Tomatoes (Chopped) 1/2 Tablespoons
Korma (any type) 1/2 Teaspoons
Directions:
1. Soak the urad dal for 2 hours and make fine paste of it
2. In a bowl add urad dal paste, rice flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder. and by adding water make it like a dosa batter
3. To this add honey and mix well.
4. Now Heat the tava and pour the batter and spread it like a dosa.
5. on the top of it put the egg and spread all the sides, and also add some oil.
6. To that add gun powder, onions, green chilies, coriander, tomatoes, korma.
7. Fold it and Serve hot.
