These patties are easy to make,Indian recipe served as a Breakfast and snack

Ingredients:

Ingredient Measure Units
Potatoes (boiled and grated) 1 Cup
Pressed rice(soaked and squeezed) 1/2 Cup
Peanuts (roasted and crushed) 1/2 Cup
Green chilies (chopped) 2-3 Number
Chili powder 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala 1/2 Tsp
Coriander (chopped) 1/2 Bunch
Salt To taste
Oil 1 Tsp

Directions — Method:

1. In a bowl add boiled and grated potatoes, pressed rice, peanuts, Green chilies, Chili powder, coriander, garam masala powder, salt and mix well Then make it like a patties with the help of the cutter.
2. On a heat pan spread some oil and put the patties then roast them two sides till they get a Slightly golden color
3. Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup
