Ingredient Measure Units
Cashew nuts 10 Grams
Almonds 10 Grams
Onion (chopped) 1 Medium
Bell peppers (all three) 2 Tbsp
Green chilies (finely chopped) 1 Tbsp
Salt To taste
Pineapple (diced) 1 cup
Mustard paste 1 Tbsp
Fresh coconut (grated) 1/2 Cup
Mint leaves 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves 2 Tsp
Rice (boiled) 2 Cups
Directions –Method:

1. In a pan add cashew nuts, almonds, chopped onions, bell peppers, green chilies and cook till the onions are transparent.
2. Add salt and pine apple dices and cook for few seconds
3. Add mustard paste, grated coconut and mix well.
4. Finally add mint leaves, coriander, rice and mix well.
5. Serve hot.
