JEERA AND CHILLI PICKLE by Vahchef – VahRehVah
Rustic chutney from western part of india.

Ingredients:
Jeera 1/2 Cup
Red chilli 10-12 Numbers
Tamarind (soaked) 10 Grams
Jaggery 10 Grams
Salt To taste
Onions (chopped) 1 Numbers
Green chilli 3 Numbers
Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil and add jeera, red chilli saute it in a slow flame, then add soaked tamarind mix it well then switch off the flame and let it cool down and this mixture into the blender and also add jaggery, salt make it into a paste.
2. In a bowl add jeera and chilli pickle and add chopped onions, chopped green chillys.
3. Serve this with curd rice and any snack items
