KASTA PURI CHANA BAINGAN by Vahchef – VahRehVah

Ingredients:
All purpose flour 1 Cup
Sooji 1/2 Cup
Oil 3 Tablespoons
Onions 2 Numbers
Garlic 4 Numbers
Green chilli 3 Numbers
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Chana masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Brinjal (chopped) 200 Grams
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup
Chana dal (boiled) 1/2 Cup
Coriander (chopped) 1/2 Bunch

Directions:
1.Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, sooji, salt, oil and add required water and make it into a stiff dough, keep it a side. For stuffing,
2.heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt saute it for 2 minutes then add finely chopped garlic, green chilli, chilli powder, chana masala, chopped brinjal and tomato puree mix it and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes.
3.Now add boiled chana dal, chopped coriander, mix it well and switch off the flame.
4.Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out small puris and deep fry in hot oil.
5. Make a small hole on a puri, fill some stuffing in the centre along with sweet yogurt, sweet chutney, green chutney and chopped onions on top.
6.Serve immediately.
