SPICY PRAWNS MARINATED AND WARPED IN CHINESE CREPES AND AIRFRYED TILL CRISP AND SOFT INSIDE
Ingredients
Prawns 250 Grams
Corn flour 1 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Pinch
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
Garlic chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Ginger chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Soya sauce 1/2 Teaspoons
MSG 1 Pinch
Chilli flakes 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli sauce 1 Teaspoons
Butter 1 Teaspoons
Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoons
Spring roll sheet 1 Numbers`
Directions:
1. Take a bowl and add prawns, corn flour, sugar, vinegar, chopped garlic & ginger, soya sauce, MSG, Chilli flakes, chilli sauce, mix it and coat the prawns well.
2. Take spring roll sheet and apply the butter on top of it then sprinkle some bread crumbs, cut them into thin strips.
3. Take two strips and wrap the prawns well.
4. Place the wrapped prawns in the basket and fry them for 7 minutes.
5. Remove and serve hot.
